We specialize in low key, quiet, student rental housing. Unlike the name suggests you do not have to be a graduate student to rent from us. However, much of our property is located in quiet sensitive residential areas which are conducive to a more mature tenant.
Because we own all of the property we rent, we take great pride in maintaining it, providing professional, direct service to our tenants. Most of our property is within walking distance of Downtown Boone and ASU.
We also have apartments within a 2 mile radius of the University.
